- Mark Schaefer wrote The Most Human Company Wins and came on the podcast to talk it through. His blog has been running longer than most marketing agencies have existed.
- Tom Chenault has hosted the same radio show since 1999, which in this business is roughly geological. The Coffee Shop Interview is the one to read if you sell anything to anyone.
- Jon Schwartz is a California realtor who charges 1% commission instead of the standard three. That is the kind of pricing decision a lot of people talk about and never actually make.
